What is the GSM 8in1 SIM card ? It is a new concept in GSM telephony. A SIM card that supports up to 8 phone numbers from the same or different mobile operators. Thus you can have a single SIM with different numbers you can choose from without the need of opening the phone and changing the SIM every time you want to use a different phone number. How does it work ? A special software is programmed into the 8in1 SIM card. When you insert the card
into your mobile phone, a new menu option will show up in the phone. From there you
can set up up to 8 different telephone numbers in just one single 8in1 SIM card and choose
the one you wish to use for receiving and making calls at any time. Does the 8in1 SIM provide the same functions as my current SIM ? Yes, it does. You will have different PIN numbers, PUK numbers and SMS centre phone numbers for each phone you store in the 8in1 SIM. Up to 250 phone book entries and 40 SMS can be stored in the card, just like in your current SIM. Will all phone numbers work at the same time ? No, you can only use one phone number at a time. However, you can use call forwarding to forward calls from other numbers to the active number, so that no matter what number people are calling, you will never miss your calls. If you want to change the active number, just switch off the phone and switch it on with the PIN number of the new phone number you want to make active. Of course, to be able to do this, you must assign a different PIN to each phone number you store in the 8in1 SIM. What are the advantages of having a GSM 8in1 card ? If you regularly use more than one SIM card, this is the best solution. There is
no longer a need to carry several mobile phones with you or changing the SIM card for
every call you wish to place. With the GSM 8in1 card you will have all your numbers
in a single SIM card and will be able to choose which one you want to use for making or
receiving calls. Will it work with my GSM operator or GSM phone ? The GSM 8in1 card fully works with any operator that uses COMP128 v1 algorithm in its SIM cards. It has been tested successfully with most European GSM operators, and should not have any problems in working with any others. It has also successfully been tested with most currently available mobile phones, especially popular brands like Nokia, Ericsson, Alcatel, Motorola, etc. Only some Sagem phones seem not to be compatible with this product. What do I need to get started ? We recommend you buy the
GSM 8in1 SIM kit, which includes a SIM CardReader and software to read the private data
from your current SIM cards. It also includes a GSM 8in1 SIM card where you can
introduce the data you have obtained from your original SIM cards.
What is the SIM CardReader and all SIM cards are read out ? CardReader this device where you insert SIM card for extraction from her of two data IMSI and Ki. These data are necessary for clone of a SIM card, them you enter in GSM 8in1 SIM card. The process of extraction IMSI very simple - occupies no more than minutes, but the extraction Ki, occupies average 10 hours. Ki it is possible to take not from all cards, is taken from card using COMP128 v1 algorithm (are issued basically till 2003), can not be taken - COMP128 v2, this algorithm while completely is not broken open. The process of extraction Ki can also spoil a SIM card (receive new you can at the provider for an additional payment). Whether write also we shall try it is possible to find out clone your SIM card, do not forget to specify the operator, package and date of purchase of a SIM card. |
